In the hustle and bustle of today’s world, it is easy to lose track of taking care of yourself… when you have so much already on your plate.
However, it is safe to say that when you invest in yourself, you are better equipped to handle what comes your way as well as serve others from a higher octave.

The following Switchword Chakra Meditation should not take you long to complete. Just do your best and set aside at least 5 minutes of some much-needed “you time”.
This meditation will easily and quickly help you to balance yourself.. emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually.

As you read a Switchword, feel that chakra responding to your focused attention. The sensation will feel like energy expanding in that area.
Once you feel that chakra open, move on to the next chakra until you have reached the Crown.
From there, simply repeat the sequence in reverse until you return to the Root.
