- Take a piece of plain white paper.
- Draw a circle with a colored marker that suits your mood/desired outcome. In this case, choose blue; not baby or navy. Choose royal blue.
- Inside the circle, write the switchword phrase(s).
- Set it in a location where you can easily see yet not disturb it.
- When you feel you require an extra boost, chant the phrase(s) until your energy has shifted.
- Now, go about your day/night!
